Have your contacts' and company's information always centralized and accessible. You can arrange your contacts planner into groups and view it organized in alphabetical order, just like in a real phone book. E-mail, professional and personal information, commercial address - anything can be stored. You can have a complete profile for each contact and company in your planner.

Finding a contact in your planner is extremely easy. If the organization by groups or in alphabetical order is not good enough to help you find the right contact, you can perform a keyword-based search. By typing any information you remember about the contact, such as the first name or the city where he/she lives, the system supplies you with a list of contacts that fit into the information supplied by you.

You can also personalize your planner. Set up your contacts planner to display only the information that interests you most.

The system provides the automatic data update feature. Each time that one of your contacts, who is also an elefante user, changes an information about himself/herself, you will be automatically notified, being able to promptly update this user's information on your planner. Likewise, if you happen to change any information about yourself, all of your contacts will be notified of the change(s). So, if you happen to change your phone number, your contacts will be notified and you won't have to make any efforts.

In case you already have an application where you store your contacts, you can import them into the system and also export* your contacts from the system to any other application.
